I have an intense passion for health and wellness, and am driven by the enormous need for education, clarity and support in these areas, both on an individual and global level.
I love food, I love to cook, I love reading dietary theories and experimenting with new ingredients and philosophies. I write recipes, make superfood balls, bars and other treats, and have an ever-expanding collection of cookbooks, diet books and reference books, with a bookshelf too small to keep them!
