You won’t be just a number – I keep enrolments in my program to a minimum so that I can individually support each and every one of my clients in the way they deserve.
How is this program different?
My program is unlike anything that is available on the market for a number of reasons:
- I am a nutritionist and a naturopath – I have studied extensively and understand the body intricately. My approach to weight loss is evidence based, personalised and sustainable. I understand that there is more to it than just calories in vs calories out. You are a whole person and I treat you as such.
- Before we kick off, I will screen you for a variety of factors that may be blocking your ability to lose weight. We will discuss this in depth and decide based on your personal health picture how best to proceed. We will find YOUR lowest hanging fruit – the factor that has been driving your weight issues until now.We will remove these obstacles for you, so that your path to weight loss is clear and easy to implement.
- You will receive a welcome package – this is basically your personalised tool kit that will address your individual health concerns and provide you with the resources you need for the duration of the program.
- There will be touch points of contact multiple times through the week – webinars, live Q&A, diet analysis – I will empower and educate you, but I will still be there to support, guide and monitor your progress
