As a practitioner, I am pretty lenient and able to work within clients’ restraints. I’m not going to crack the whip and get cross at you, and I am very understanding of where people are at in their health journey, or if they regress from time to time. But there is one thing that I just can’t get my head around, and I certainly won’t be prescribing any time soon… the “CHEAT DAY”.
